Once you have submitted the registration form for one of the online courses, virtual learning labs or virtual workshops you have agreed to the Terms and Conditions. We summarize below the key points you may want to be aware of, but of course this does not replace the full set of terms and conditions as contained in this link.
Online courses
- ?You can start an online course any time, although NavIncerta reserves the right to block out certain periods during the year.
- You get 90 calendar days to complete the course.
- Upon submmission of the registration form you will be enrolled within 48 hours, but alternatively you can specify a start date yourself. You will also receive an invoice which needs to be paid within 14 days.
- You will be assigned a Teacher who will respond to questions by mail and who will review your assignments and provide feedback.
- You need a computer with basic office applications (browser, wordprocessor, spreadsheet and pdf-reader) and internet access with sufficient speed to play videos.
- You can download and keep the reference material (lesson summaries, spreadsheet examples) but cannot share these with others.
- Upon satisfactory completion of the course you will receive a certificate.
- After ordering you cannot cancel participation in an online course but you can re-assign to another person or request a later start date.
Virtual Learning Labs and Virtual Workshops
- Virtual Learning Labs and Virtual Workshops have pre-programmed time schedules for access to the online materials and the live sessions.
- Upon submission of the registration form you will receive a confirmation. An invoice will be sent once a sufficient number of registrations has been received. The invoice needs to be paid within 14 days.
- You will be assigned a Teacher who will respond to questions by mail and who will review your assignments and provide feedback.
- You need a computer with basic office applications (browser, wordprocessor, spreadsheet and pdf-reader) and internet access with sufficient speed to play videos.
- You can download and keep the reference material (lesson summaries, spreadsheet examples, copies of lecture slides) ?but cannot share these with others.
- Upon satisfactory completion of the Lab or Workshop you will receive a certificate.
- After ordering you can cancel participation and receive a full refund (if applicable) up to one month before the start of the Lab or Workshop, half the fee will be refunded if the cancellation is between one month to two weeks before the start of the Lab or Workshop. Beyond that, no refund will be applicable. You can re-assign participation to another person, however, provided this is done before the start of the Lab or Workshop.
